Research International has engaged Fusionex as their preferred onshore/offshore IT services and software development partner. We are currently engaged in numerous internal and external development projects to assist RI in future proofing their applications and business tools. This includes tools used on behalf of their clients. Fusionex are engaged on a time & materials basis and are sustaining performance at 95% of forecast to deliverables. We are poised to provide IT services to other WPP group companies in the future.


Sabre Airline Solutions are part of Sabre Holdings Corporation and is a market leader in each of its business areas — airline products and services, reservations and departure control, and consulting services. The business provides industry expertise and pacesetting tools that help customers increase revenue, streamline operations, improve workflow, and raise productivity. Sabre Airline Solutions distributes software solutions and consulting services through a sales and marketing organization that spans four continents, with primary sales offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, London, Hong Kong and Sydney.

Sabre Airline Solutions have partnered exclusively with Fusionex to develop a fully integrated solution suite for planning, tracking and maintaining airport ground services equipment. Their goal is to offer their customers a product suite to help them enhance their ground handling operations and reduce running costs. This suite is designed to streamline their processes, reduce their running costs and improve their commercial performance. This technology is unique in that it offers a complete solution to manage their ground handling businesses on single and multiple sites. This and application is in use at in a number of airport locations in the USA.


The National Health Service (NHS) is the publicly funded health care system of England. The NHS provides the majority of healthcare in England, from general practitioners to hospitals, long-term healthcare, dentistry and ophthalmology. It comprises are series of primary and secondary care Trusts. The NHS is an integral part of British society, culture and everyday life.

NHS Endoscopic examinations produce fixed images on screen which were needed to be attached to the patients examination records once captured. This process was time consuming, manually intensive and disrupted the examination. Fusionex were asked to provide a solution to streamline this process, reduce effort in consolidating records and improve productivity for Endoscopic examinations. Fusionex provided a solution which simplified this process with a screen capture mechanism - a press of a button - allowing operators to browse and select saved images and attach them to the examination record.


HSBC is one of the largest financial service organisations in the world with international networking in 82 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa. The Group began with particular strengths in China, the Middle East, South East Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa. Now, the HSBC Group comprises of a number of different financial institutions, which collectively provide a comprehensive range of financial services - commercial banking, merchant banking and capital markets, consumer finance, securities, investment and insurance - all under one global umbrella.

HSBC approached Fusionex to help them develop and support a number of Financial and Loan Management Solutions. Fusionex delivered solutions to support HSBC’s customer services and improve their management systems and capabilities.


DHL is the global market leader in international express, overland transport and air freight. It is also the world's number 1 in ocean freight and contract logistics. DHL offers a full range of customised solutions - from express document shipping to supply chain management. DHL transport shipments rapidly, safely and on time all over the world. The basis for this is their comprehensive network, combining air and ground transport for optimal delivery performance.

Fusionex was engaged to assist DHL in implementing a number of their back-end systems. One of these was a system for tracking, traceability, performance monitoring and turnaround time efficiency within their delivery services division. Fusionex offered its project services for the delivery and implementation of the system, this also included support on providing a data warehousing solution. We delivered all requirements to DHL to help them launch their initiatives


Gas Supply Pte Ltd’s (GSPL) history can be traced back to a track record spanning over 140 years. The earliest predecessor company was set up in 1861 as the Singapore Gas Company. It became part of the Public Utilities Board in 1963 and was corporatised in 1995 as PowerGas (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Power Ltd). GSPL was set up in 2000 as a subsidiary of PowerGas Ltd to import natural gas in Singapore. Moving in tandem with the liberalisation of the energy market in Singapore, PowerGas saw the transfer of its contestable businesses in gas import and retailing to GSPL on 2 January 2002. With that, GSPL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings became one of the major importers and retailers of natural gas from South Sumatra, Indonesia.

Gas Supply Pte Ltd’s challenges were in being able to manage a substantial stream of gas inflow. This required a solution that could monitor gas flow and charge for units of usage. Fusionex were engaged to develop a solution for nomination and billing on gas flow. The solution was delivered very successfully and has been ‘live’ for some time.

As an Asia banking specialist, DBS offer financial services and investment opportunities. They have an extensive ATM and branch network. Looking forward, DBS seek to deliver unrivaled financial solutions through their strengths in consumer banking, treasury and markets, asset management, securities brokerage, equity and debt fund raising in Singapore.

DBS engaged Fusionex to collaborate with one a business partner to deliver a portal and loan origination module for them. We successfully delivered its requirements and look forward to future work with DBS.

Fusionex were engaged to help ING with the implementation of a new CRM + Customer Portfolio module. We were part of a consortium that successfully implemented this system for ING bank.
